Over 70%* of medical errors are related to errors in communications in the healthcare setting. To improve patient experience and safety, quality and and medical staff planned a rollout of the research proven SBAR communications methodology.

Providence Design was engaged to develop a communications campaign to educate about and promote the use of SBAR across the provider and patient experience. PD provided consulting on communications and developed materials to promote events and to support educational efforts.
